1.Diabetic Retinopathy:

2.Age Related Macular Degeneration:

Age Related Macular Degeneration derives its term from two important points: One is Macular Degeneration which means there is a damage to the retina (macula) and second is that it is most common in elderly people. Common Symptoms are a gradual decrease in vision, loss of core vision which makes it all the more difficult to see objects, faces etc.

3.Retinal Detachment:

Retinal Detachment is a serious occurrence where a tissue is detached from the retina causing lower supply of oxygen. This results in flashes of light seen by the patient or shadow formation or bits of tiny pieces are seen commonly called floaters. 4.Retinopathy of PreMaturity:

Infants who are born premature suffer this type of retinopathy as blood vessels have not yet developed causing shortage of oxygen to the eye. This results in the formation of abnormal blood vessels in the retina. It can be mild or severe depending on the stage of pre-maturity.
